As of January 2016, CEENET has added a private business component to it’s core activities. More information can be found at the CEENET LLC site: www.ceenet.us. We are a still the same small and private CEENET that you always knew, focusing on personal and customized service for CEE and US clients although our services are available to all international businesses interested in the US or CEE markets.
CEENET business include the following services:
- Consulting services for CEE companies interested in entering the US market and for US companies interested in entering the CEE market. These services include market research, business planning, business development, legal services (through our legal partners), and a range of fulfillment services based on each company’s particular needs;
- Investment services helping CEE companies connect with American investors. These services too are highly customized to each client’s needs.
- JV launching in the US. This is an even more customized arrangement where CEENET finds a specific US company with which a CEE company forms a joint-venture to launch a business in the US. In this case the CEE company is the majority owner in a joint-venture with a US business in a similar market (i.e., we match B2B with B2B companies and B2C with B2C companies, but not necessarily in the same market per se and hence not a competitor). The US business provides office support in terms of accounting, shipping & receiving, customer service, and it’s local market knowledge to help the new JV to launch in the US over 12-18 months.
